So i have a bot that can download ANY videos from TikTok platform.
I wonder if i can open a chance for tikotok compliation.

Will i be able to monetise it?

The problem is the copyrights in the tik tok videos. Most of them are licensed. Meaning that they could take down your video with ease. it doesn't happen a lot to smaller channels. But to big ones ( im gonna name pewdiepie for reference) it happens all the time. So once you're on the radar, you're gonna lose.

What do you mean by other compilation succeed, I never said you would not get views, even you would get a lot of views if you targetted the trending content. But I don't think there are any chances of getting approved by Youtube for monetization, as your content is not original.
Yes you can get approved if you do something different, like add your commentary on videos.

it's the music they used in the video. Most of them are famous/popular songs and they're copyrighted. You want to monitize them then try removing the music in the og video and replace it with royalty free ones.
