Does Anyone Here Know how to Remove a Curse?

How about creating your own ritual?
There's a lot of common themes, Smoking the house with Sage or Bundles, banging gongs and musical instruments, candles, incense, prayer.
Depending on your viewpoint, you may find someone as a focal point - a wiccan type person, or even a priest and yes they actually will do stuff if you ask, like give you a blessing or exorcise a home.
There are other belief systems that use their focal leader to bring energy to bear. you might consider that.
There's also the awareness of other, very human ritual elements - sacrificing or breaking an object, burning an offering, donating cash.
Water purifies, salt purifies, silver purifies, a symbolic knife cuts, a symbolic shield protects, incense clears the bad airs and gives thanks to the gods
Go on a journey, a quest or a pilgrimage to a place you think is powerful, even if it's the Pub!
Sit a vigil, go to a bonfire, eat a magic mushroom!
It's almost like you are asking yourself to interact with a different level of awareness.
Even if we accept the placebo and the mystical all have their place, creating your own ritual and fashioning steps to fufill it may bring you peace. You made a conscious effort to bring a pact into being, that has power.

Before I start, I know some of you will laugh, or think I'm a nut job, or both. I'm ready for and expect that. Also, there's a lot of intelligent people on this forum, so by definition, most of you will dismiss the "supernatural" (for want of a better word) by definition.
I'm not mentally ill, or on drugs. I wish it was that as it would be a lot easier to deal with.
I won't go into details as it will just have the effect of making me sound even more crazy, so in a nutshell, I think I have been cursed. Actually, I know I have.
So, my question is to those of you who believe in such things, how do I remove it? Have any of you had experience with this sort of thing?

Take a trip to Jamaica and visit a obeah man. I heard they are good at stuff like that.

There's all sorts of rubbish on there but these used to be popular once upon a time.

This is big business for someones; I`ve seen streaming live on Facebook on Youtube as well in my country; they start even fight on Adwords positions now; You will be surprised how clever these bastards are; but stupid it`s not who sells so no mercy for people who believe in this shit.

Where did I say that? Actually, I'm not sure if there is a God or not. I think there must be some kind of intelligence behind nature itself, but I don't think we have the brains to understand what it is. Not yet anyway.

- Make a sigil "i am free of any curses, hexes, spells". Or something to that effect. Tons of tutorials online. Very simple and effective.
- Pay a local spiritualist for counseling.

So I click some most popular gigs, these guys do offer not just curse removal, but have extra options too. Yea, the person who cursed you will regret so much, because for bigger extra price you can get:
a) a protection shield
b) transfer the curse to the person who did it
c) have rare ingredients for most effective results
d) cast revenge spells to your enemies
So if having a magical protection shield and counter-attacking curse spell doesn't help, I don't know what will
