Great reviews and feedback from clients. A truly happy client is very motivating. I'm not saying money because happy clients bring money anyway :)
 
The freedom of knowing I can walk from my 9-5 at any point. I stay because of the people, not the money.
 
Nothing motivates me really. I just do it because it became my habit. As someone above mentioned already, discipline over motivation
 
MONEY.
I just want to be rich, when I go out and look at someone travelling in Mercedes or Porsche, I just imagine myself at there place, I think how comfortable there life would be, even though I know it is not true always, plus the more rich I would be the more respect I would get.
And early success.
 
My success is a big fuck you to teachers, 'friends' and some other people who abused me because od my intelligent but mellow personality. Fuck you bitches, i am much better than you will ever be.

Goal. Clear goal for the day ahead.

I had my wake up call until recently pretty clear. Now... Yeah I'ts a bit foggy. I do still have a goal. It's in a fog but it'll clear up.

Whatever happens just:
  • Rinse.
  • Repeat.
Just to point out if you are doing same thing over and over again and you do expect different results it is just definition of insanity.
 
I don’t care much for money or recognition.

I do it because I enjoy learning, pushing myself, and the feeling of pride after small accomplishments.

I do it for the journey--not the end result.

I work for CPA network is it a scam? I get paid just for portion of what I actually earned - yes, but did they found those offers and advertisers - yes, so they do deserve part of the cake right?
Working 9-5 is a "scam" (how you call it), working for the government and working just to pay for debt and one 10 days holiday on a sea, anything besides that is okay.
Just don't get that shitty fact in your head that working for someone else is BAD, no it is not, in most cases you will learn from your boss/leader.
I worked for others, I still work, and I will work, it just bring you more knowledge so you can later enjoy your own ventures!


And my WHY is:

Because I love it, this kind of work is just a lifestyle of mine, love every second of it.
 
when I worked for someone else i hated it so much. The money was good, but just clocking in at 9am i was already staring at the clock by 11am wishing it was 5pm. I was dead inside. no amount of money can fix that. now i dont make as much as my corporate job but i have the freedom to wake up when i want and go where i want :)
 
I said all my life I want a Lamborghini, have enough money for my wife to not work, have enough money that money never was an issue.

That motivates me more than anything, that’s why I work 6AM - 12AM, most weekends I’ll be working as well - my dad always said this and it stuck with me;

“What you put into life is what you get out of it”
 
Ehh, well a part of it is doing what I love, freedom and leaving my mark..

..The biggest part though, that's TOP 10 MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS FOR SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS 2019 videos on youtube.
