Newbie! What would you do?

I have a website domain registered in 2012, in 2017 another company has registered nearly the same domain name just adding an S on the end of there domain.
Lately they have been piggy backing off my business, appearing on my google searches, there customers have been leaving bad reviews on my local google business page.

Please can someone give me some advice please!

Complain to google
Also find out where their domain is registered and file a complaint with the registrar. Show them yours was registered earlier and now they are hurting your business illegally.
