Let’s get back on topic. I have a keyword that I used top level service from @peterngo and he was able to bring a 50k monthly, up to #11, With no other SEO.
It’s a diversification package, so he has all kinds of stuff that he links from. My keyword is fairly low comp, so I’ve since added a few high strength links, and it’s climbed up to the 5th position.
I have yet to write him a review, but plan on it, as he deserves a shout out! He worked with me for probably two weeks in conversation of on site seo suggestions, before he finally allowed me to make a payment!

Calling out sellers who are scamming by faking reviews is part of the process of filtering out the bad sellers to get to the best ones and is certainly on topic.
That being said, I've done business with Peter as well and appreciated what he brought to the table... not sure he knew it was me as I buy a lot of services using fake information.

I ordered @sarkark21 Captain Jack Sparrow and it worked well for me. I also ordered a Galaxy PBN from him but I received the report only 2 days ago, so it's too soon to tell if it works!

This thread is old, but I am sure someone like me must be digging BHW to find out the best SEO package.
Well, I see recommendations to @Peter Ngo and @sarkark21.
I decided to try both of these services on 2 different websites.
Both sites are in equally difficult niches and the main keywords I have chosen for them have similar volume and difficulty.
Both Sarkar and Peter NGO verified that my ON-Page SEO is done well and I just need Off-Page SEO to get them ranked.
Sarkar recommended me to buy his Captain Jack Sparrow with Galaxy.
Peter NGO asked me to buy his Medium Package from Serptextual.
Both orders were placed on Dec 31st and they're near completion.
I am waiting to receive the final reports and I will surely share my results here to compare both of the services.
Btw, Peter NGO doesn't offer PBN's, he has some valid reasons for not selling them! I will go with his recommendations and buy the same amount of PBNs that I am getting from Galaxy to balance the Off-Page SEO links.
Both of the sites are not ranking for their main keywords till today.
Let's find out the results.

I see that there are a few SEO guys that are rocking on here and have been for years. However, I also see (from the comments) that there are services which were once a diamond - now outdated and ineffective, but are still reaping monetary gains as people are influenced by dated reviews. @BassTrackerBoats, I'm aware that the Mods approve each BST. But do you guys followup with annual Mod reviews to test the up-to-date accuracy of a service?

Well, I also have tried that 2 services just after to write this post almost 1 year ago, and I can say, for my experience and after many months, that no one of that 2 services have changed of 1 only position in google my websites. I think they are of normal-low quality as other cheaper services.
Sometime I think some people write here fake reviews just to push some thread... for any
And it not depends of my websites, because after to buy that services I did some personal different manual seo, and I had more benefit in this way that buying such services...

Well, I got the report yesterday from Sarkar and I didn't really like it. Some of the social shares he has listed are already dead, few 2.0s are dead and almost all of the 2.0s look spammy! The content isn't spin well.
His Galaxy report came up with hidden domains, it's good for the network security but the TF/CF/PA is not mentioned in the report. Not sure how would someone will check the metrics without knowing the domains and without a complete report.
I can do 200% better job better than what I have got in the report.
But still, it was worth trying!
Waiting for Peter to finish his work and will compare both.

Just received the report from PeterNGO today. Here's my review on Serptextual medium package.
9 Web 2.0s that are super high quality like WordPress and Tumblr and 59 other Web 2.0s. Looks like he has over-delivered the Web 2.0s.
Each web 2.0 looks clean, content is well-spun and readable!
Every Web 2.0 came up with login details so I actually own each of them. Just what was needed.
Also received 49 article submissions, Press releases, infographics etc.
Tier 1 looks like 100% manual work.
Tier 2 is 80% URL shorteners.
I can see most of the links are already indexed.
However, I think that the article content length can be increased, it is currently 350 words avg. Also, Peter should include more type of Tier 2's but as long as Tier 1 is already mostly indexed maybe his strategy is already working.
Well, I think this is the perfect package for diversity.
