Instagram only bans unwanted & spamming account, as well as some account to those, don't follow Instagram rules and guidance. I have been Instagram user for almost last 4 years and following some great shoutout & media account.

Those keep sharing and posting post on their profile but their account is live and never gone banned so.

So follow Instagram guideline.
