First of all, SEO is not dead lol
Second of all, there are usually a couple of things that can go wrong and your site may end up not ranking.
1. When dealing with a new domain, it can be too early, or you may not have enough links.
2. If you're dealing with a site that's been alive for a while, you can have a ton of de-indexed links.
3. You can have a site with a ton of on-page technical errors that can be fixed, improved, optimized.
4. Google may not like your site having a bunch of low quality, weak links and...
5. No relevant links whatsoever, or...
6. Aggressive anchor text, or...
7. All of the above.
Now there is a fix for every single one of them. You have to be a little bit technical and geeky about it, but you do it right, you can bring your site back to life and rank it.

Can you share some insight on the effects of getting a PBN deindexed?
Are the sites that were linked to exposed to an algorithmic penalty? If so, how long might such a penalty last?

Replying to your first question:
Getting a PBN de-indexed can be troublesome for the ranking of your money site if your sole strategy for ranking it in the first place was PBNs alone. On the other hand, if you managed to build the foundation of your site by using quality links from other sources first, and focusing on PBNs later on, then getting a few de-indexed due to either footprints or some other things that Google doesn't like won't get you in trouble, big time. Like, it can be fixed.
The important part is to identify those de-indexed PBNs and replace them with live links as soon as possible.
Usually people don't even notice since due to the link-echo or link-ghost effect which may contribute to keeping your URL or site ranking for 3-4 months easily even after a good portion of your PBN network has been wiped out.
So use scrapebox and a good list of proxies to check the health of your PBNs and make sure these are indexed at all times.
I would check once every couple of months.
Don't check them all at once too.

I have read that one PBN is attempted to give maximum anchor to 5 domains, is that true? If true, what if :
- My PBN have 5 articles inside, what if that 5 articles, have 5 different anchors text to 1 money site (index), is it count as anchor to 1 domain?

These days we would keep PBNs super focused on one single topic. When you do that, when you optimize them correctly you are going to need way LESS links to rank and then you can build more unique PBN cluesters around different money sites.
In other words, we no longer use the same domain to link to multiple sites in different niches. We only create single-niche PBNs and may link once or twice to different sites in the same vertical.
Well optimized PBN sites built around a single topic can do wonders. It's not point in making them multi-niche PBNs and linking to a bunch of different sites. They lose their juice, they lose their power.
Keep 'em focused.

As we're in the business of selling domains, our current method is built to process all the expiring/aftermarket domains in the market, every single day of the week. We're using custom software and a team of 7 employees. This is much different than the methodology you would need to find just a couple domains on your own.
To be honest, I don't have, at the moment, a particular method to hunt for 1 or 2 domains daily.
We're going to for them in bulk, by processing every single domain that's expiring on a daily basis and we're working with all those public lists available to be downloaded.
So we're talking hundreds of thounsands of domains weekly.
I may start a new thread and explain a good method of finding 1/2 domains for beginners, but I need to get into those shoes again and remember how it's done lol

I am just making my own PBNs, here some questions for you:
1) Where do you buy aged domains as you don't like expired domains?
2) What makes a good aged domain?
3) Say, you PBN site has 5 posts, will you link from all the 5 posts to your money site? Or only one posts.

1. There are really not so many places, mainly the 4-5 main domain auction marketplaces out there.
2. It really depends on your purpose and end ranking goal. I've personally seen people buying ex-PBNs and havin results with them, so it really depends on what you have in mind in the first place. Domains some people completely ignored are immediately snatched by others that have a DEFINITE PURPOSE for them.
3. I would avoid linking from every single post on my PBN. As mentioned above in a reply to
@Julian Putra, we try to single-purpose and focus our PBNs on one single topic and avoid linking to multiple sites in different niches.
