I spent the whole day looking for domains in my niche (home improvement) and could not find anything.

I tried the methods I knew.

Is it reasonable to expect to find a DA 20 (ahrefs stat), RD 15+ , niche relevant clean domain anymore? I won't mind paying upto $100 for it, but damn I can't find anything.
I can sometimes find the right metrics, but niche relevancy is near impossible to find.

It is hard to find good domains, that is why people pay for them, there are a couple of good tools here in the marketplace.

@DevXM - It's very hard to find niche relevant domains like that. But your requirements aren't that heavy, RD 15+ domain reach out to @Nargil (go to domains guy on BHW) He will hook you up for sure!

It's not, honestly.

The speed in which we are able to rape the domains to shit is unbelievable. It's like cutting down the Amazon rainforest. It can't really grow back fast enough.

And the filters you set up there, DA 20 and RD15, well, RD15 domain can't have DA 20, unless it's a fluke (entire Moz is a fluke). So, even if you see lower RD domain have high DA, it's bullshit.

So outside auctions, well, tough luck. And even on auctions, niche relevancy might get complicated.

I have a running custom job for auction health domains. I checked Godaddy today, filtered the shit out and so on. Do you know how many usable health domains there where that I would bid on? One.

So, there.

It can be difficult to find amazing domains these days but they are definitely out there, or at least become available at some point. What I mean is that domains are becoming available all of the time.

If you keep looking and stay on your toes you will find lots of domains over time. How do you think the well known domainers, like @Nargil , find all these domains to sell? They are persistent, they do not give up after a day or so.

Tools will always help in this regard obviously as they will allow you to test huge chunks of domains with little effort on the users' part.

You lucky bastard! :D

@Nargil I meant DR 20 and RD 15, from ahrefs, I only have ahrefs.

I tried all the methods I knew:

expireddomains.net - (pretty much every half-decent domain is spammed by chinese)

Domcop - mostly shit domains IMO, not worth the price at all. asked for refund.

Godaddy auctions - yes some decent stuff here but I struggle with niche-relevancy/price and also, isn't there a 60 days window for domain transfer? If so, how awkward would it be to have a bunch of PBN sites all registered with godaddy...or I wait 60 days to transfer and then begin work on domain or I use VPN to create different godaddy account for each domain...just a pain in the ass and i think we can all admit, godaddy sucks ass....

Xenu link slueth - i am yet to find something good, i ran it maybe on 6-7 domains I'd have liked links from.

Ahrefs + scrapebox - i am yet to properly try this. most of those large sites have like 100000 broken links and export file is close to 100 mb excel...

Dropcatch - most dropcatch dont allow filtering without taking like $50 for membership.....haven't tried yet....

etc etc...

Overall, sometimes feel my time is better spent on seeking out-reach links, forum links etc...I've already spent close to $300 on some domains and hosting....and tbh I'm still learning and have a shit network right now.......I will have to drop all the domains I currently own...total 6....
I only have decent one...........

Expireddomains dot net is the best site i use for finding expired domains to buy. It is also used by a lot of person i know in internet marketing.

Trust me fam, I feel you. Not sure if you mean RD now or Ahrefs DR. Big difference there. If you mean DR, then stick to auctions.

Well and unless you have 100 domains with Godaddy there, it's not much of a big deal honestly. Don't worry about that much. Use Domcop to easily filter out auction domains, don't bother with much else there.

And regarding Dropcatch, I can show you a little trick how to export them, but not publicly. :) Same with Domcop.

get yourself domain hunter gatherer + a VPS, 10 + crawl levels on the search , harvest for 12 hours tell me you aint finding gems !

i dont ever go to sites like expired domians to find good domains with good metrics & Backlinks i always think im sure the site owners must have a filter or two to fish out the cream of the crop ! get to the source and do it yourself !

auction domains are expensive !

once you start harvesting and see how much is actually out there with a little search creativity youl find it hard to bring yourself to paying more than 10-15 $ for a name !

just today i found over 100+ decent domains

just cos im nice heres a freebie >>>>>>> >>>> coolbrandsdigital.com <<<<<<<<<

bbc do follow & cosmopolitan baklinks ! first to see wil register !

coolbrandsdigital.com

Yeah, and nonindexed former Japanese PBN. That's not what this thread is about.

If you have zero quality check, then you can find a plenty, sure. Not something I would ever even bother to use.

i dont think that domain has any jap associations does it ?

And I can assure you. 80%+ of the decent ones you found do as well. Another almost 20% was most likely abused too. And I am not making this shit up. Feel free to post some that you do not plan to use.

There are some services that allow you to register this kind of stuff, but overall, it's pain in the ass and not worth the bother imo.
