What the problem to transfer your yuan in other currency like USD? Or this is also prohibited ?

china have a strict legislation against cryptocurrency, so I don't think that there is some platforms that accept Yuan

I don't think you can do a large trading crypto-fiat vice versa conversion without doing KYC, AFAIK
