How to create a google play account (question)

Hi,
For the couple past months i was using my credit card all fine creating accounts (I don't spam) .
Doing one simple stupid mistake , Google end up banning all my accounts.
Now I can't seem to create a google play account. If I use my personal credit card surely I will get banned.
I don't know where to get vanilla card too. What options do I have?
Otherwise, if there aren't any option available and there is any trustworthy person who sells accounts I'll gladly buy.

I can help you make one if you are having trouble. I think someone is also selling them in marketplace so check that out as well. You probably got banned because you used the same card over and over again.

You can try Revolut if you are from EU.
