How do I achieve this for my site?

Wassup BHW!
I am not sure if this makes me a noob or a dumbass, but for the longest time, I have always wanted my website(s) search results to appear this way. However, I am not sure what name is given to such format of search results nor how it is achieved.
Anyone who has more info on how to do it? Or is it achieved automatically after sometime?

These are called Sitelinks. Sitelinks are not displayed for every website.

If a website is not well optimized or poor optimized google will not show sitelinks for it.

According to Google, they only show sitelinks for results when they will think that they will be helpful to the users. If the structure of site doesn't allow google algorithms to find out good sitelinks or if google think that the sitelinks of a site are not relevant according to user's query they won't show that.

Thanks for the response buddy. So clicking on the link you provided.. I see it is talking about the searchbox. I am more concerned about the structure of the website pages on the search engine. the podcast, blog, passive income etc pages/links above. The way they are structured.
Update: I have done a quick search and realized sitelinks is the whole thing (data structure). Thanks for your info.. I will keep digging more about it and how to get my site to the level of getting one.

google will do that automaticlly once you reach a hug categories and too much topics with a hug visitors

Hey. You must use JSON-LD markup for set Google search box for your website. Why JSON-LD? Because it's easiest to understand then schema.org and easy to implement with your website. You can also use it for structuring all your website data, like Breadcrumbs, Blog, Articles.

This is an example for your homepage. It contains SEO title, description, and search box. You need to add this code only on the homepage only.

Usually happens automatically depending on amount of traffic and popular points of interest.
