I found a good username but an inactive account ( since 2010) has it ?

It looks like you were able to contact support before and ask them for the username if it was the same as, or similar to a name you had trademarked, however, this may no longer be possible. Worth a shot though!

If you can prove your Trademark you have a very good shot. Especially if the account is inactive.

You can use some shady tactics usually used to kill a competitor. Send him thousands of fake followers likes and the most blatantly fake comments ever. Report him after a while and you have a chance of him being taken down
