Let`s say a channel never got boosted, never did anything illegal, but the majority of videos suck, like no interactions, weak retention(no more than 30 percent), and this would happen systematically for over 2 years. Would the channel be removed from the "recommended" algorithm. Would people have a harder time discovering the channel and its videos?
For example, if I were to upload a new video on said channel would it get a fair/equal chance like the rest of the videos that get posted or would the algorithm not show it to people on purpose?
Would a new YouTube channel created from the same email address be ghosted immediately like the first channel?
