If appealing to Instagram has not helped, there are people who can recover it using Facebook marketing services which is a panel available to select agencies around the world.

This is an old thread, so I guess you were searching for IG account recovery and ended up here, created an account and you're likely ready to reply to requests for this so called panel's URL, amirite?

Actually I don't have this URL. I can help guide people to the right place (it is in no way financially connected to me). I was searching for disabled accounts because i just spent 1 month trying to recover one and i wanted to help other people with this.
