Good to see all are treated equally for protection of all here.Especially as VIP's are often more trusted due to their status

As you can see, my stature is a Newbie. I have been on this forum since June of 2007. I have read many of Bodeezy's. Personally, I thought some of his ideas and his offers were pretty good. I never acted on any of his offers. But, I have more respect for this forum because there are no favoritism and the Mod of this forum takes action accordingly no matter what your stature is.

Bravo.....

It's not that. It's just that things can get tricky for people that are banned in forums or communities (not necessarily this forum) but any forum.

Things can get really tough if you "think" you didn't break the rule but did something that looks like you did.

For example, in a domain parking forum I talked about how parkingpanel.com do not pay me. I also explained that people should use parked.com instead and explain a BlackHat method to do so and the right Parked.com account manager to sign up that understand and tolerate it. The mod think I am committing fraud. The truth is, parkingpanel do not pay a lot of people and I make far more in parked.com with 10 Traffic Quality.

It's as if the truth doesn't matter. All I see for banning reason is "fraud, much?" What the fuck does that suppose to mean? How many people I could have saved from parkingpanel's scam. In the beginning, I asked a lot. Then I just check my banning thread once every few months. If the mod did reply, I probably didn't see it and after a while I just give up and move on to another forum.

That means I don't get domain parking info. So, I blindly sign up to another parking companies that report all 600 of my domains to google. Causing huge financial setback. It was a year ago.

To be frank. bodeezy may not be a nice guy for making bad expensive software. That's where shit list comes in. His software shouldn't sell. About the banning, I didn't hear his side of the story. So I don't know.

As long as punishment is not permanent I would rather make a no contest or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alford_plea plea and move on. It's permanent thingy that's problematic.

I am pleased that its all settled now and we can get on with business
