"A full 100% refund is available for any purchase if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date."

re.jpg

Note:
Before we purchased the product, all the communications are sent to here.
"support"<[email protected]>
and they replied us the second day.

After we bought it, several days later, we asked for the refund and contacted them with the same email.

On 10/11/2018 08:26,
After the test, still can not reach our request, please directly refund
us, thanks.

Their reply:

Hi,

I just noticed this email in our spam folder. Have you managed to
contact us another way, or still waiting for a response?

Regards
Martin

On 29/11/2018 23:27
That was your issue rather than us.
Waited for long time without any response.

Dangerous deal with you.

Their reply:

lol, don't exaggerate. Dangerous? Really?

I asked if you had had a response, when users find they cannot get a
response, they usually try the forum, the multiple contact forms on the
website or a different email.

There are plenty of ways to reach out to us, if for whatever reason you
do not get a response the same day. A simple check online will see this
is the case, all reviews both good and bad all state the support is prompt.

If your mail is sent to spam, that is unfortunate, but does happen with
email sometimes as I am sure you know.

As to your request, if you were within the refund period when you sent
the request (10th), then of course you can be refunded, despite your
attitude.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 *working days*, when the accounting is
next done.

the request (10th),"

The refund period become 10th rather than 30 days from the license, that was why they said the refund email was in the spam folder. Because they need to reply the email after 10th.

The review for instadub depends on you.

I am studying all the offers of the bots for INSTAGRAM lately...

What's your beef? Martin is saying he will refund you if your email on the 10th came within that 30 day return/refund window.

As much as I appreciate all the love for Martin, my understanding is the OP is unhappy at the speed of the refund being issued ( if it has actually been issued ) so maybe @rootjazz can pop in here and confirm this has been actioned.

ahh this is the thread.

The email chain the op posted is all correct. They did ask for a refund, it did go to my spam folder, I didn't notice it for many days. I replied apologising and ask if they had contacted us another way. or whether it was still oustanding. Customer wasn't happy with that reply and replied with "dangerous to deal with you". Which annoyed me and led to the less than professional reply (reading it back) "lol, don't exaggerate. Dangerous? Really?" but I think I pulled it back with the rest of the reply in a professional manner.

The customer's reply to this, which I see they haven't posted was along the lines of "I don't want a refund, I am going to ruin you and slander you everywhere online". I am not sure if I replied to threat, usually I tend to ignore them or write out an angry reply and delete it without sending (although sometimes I do stay annoyed long enough to hit send).

As to the OP refund, it might have been put it through, it might not if just deleted the mail. If not they can still have it. They can either write to me in a civil manner and I will reply the same. Or they can let someone here know their purchase email who can pass it on to me if they don't want to contact me directly.

ok, so I wanted to find out what had happened and managed to find the emails via search.

Looking at the payment it has not been refunded.
However, customer put a dispute in with paypal and escalated it right away to a claim. There is a paypal notification 15/11/2018, 00:18 stating
<customer_name> has now escalated this dispute to a claim. This means that
PayPal will investigate the case and decide the outcome. As part of our
investigation, we will review any communication you have had with Wang
Qiang in the Resolution Centre.

Please be aware that until we complete our investigation, this payment will
remain on hold and unavailable to you

my initial reply (16/11/2018, 09:23) asking if the issue had been resolved,
customer replied with the "dangerous deal with you" mail on the 29/11/2018 23:27 so I would have been unable to refund then. I cannot say for sure if I attempted to, usually I do when the customer is annoyed, but sometimes things do get forgotten.

Then it seems the claim was cancelled (not sure if by paypal / customer) on the 3rd Dec. I just checked and I have no notification the claim was resolved either way. However I do see two updates from paypal

29/11/2018, 23:17
30/11/2018, 20:41

both stating
We're in the process of reviewing this claim and have requested additional information from the buyer. We'll let you know if we need any additional information.

I have just found the dispute / claim history to see if there was any correspondence between customer and myself and it appears there was none (which I assume was due to dispute being escalated to claim right away by customer, meaning the option to refund and end the dispute is removed as has to be investigated)

The case in paypal, has an update from paypal on the 3rd of Dec:
We've closed this case in your favour after reviewing the information you provided. If there was money held in your account previously, we'll release it back to your PayPal balance.

Case status
Closed

Case resolution
Decided in your favour

So it seems, it was paypal who cancelled the claim, not the customer.

I imagine, the customer got a notification paypal found in our favour (which is strange, they never do for disputes, even if made outside the stated refund period, shown to contain false information. In this case I didn't send anything to paypal to argue the dispute is not valid - as above it was made in the 30 day period) and then customer sent the final email which they did not include above (and also went to our spam folder)

Have submitted the post with your reply to BHW, will promote your bad reputation at other social media forums.
Also social media accounts were created just for the promotion with long term.
Let others to review you ugly company. No need to pay us for the free ads.

Enjoy it, lol.
Bye forever.

and that seems to be that for further correspondence.

Checking the customers license, it is still valid and last used:

===============================

and that concludes my 45 minute review of the case. Honestly, I think I handled the case ok. Could I have handled it better, sure. But do I mind the above being made public?, no. If customer had replied to my initial apology email with a "I want my refund", it would have gone through. If the dispute wasn't escalated to a claim with paypal, it still would have gone through. If customer had got in contact after paypal found in favour and said "I still want my refund" it would have gone through.

If customer still wants a refund, as stated above they can have it. If they want to keep the program they can.
