One thing, i requested "Video-to-article" back in september, just to try it, but looks like its stll haven't been done, still saying "Preparing".

Just delete that one and do it again. We had server issues then and it caused all those submissions to be stuck within those few days. It will work fine now, if for some reason it does not please let me know and I will have it looked into right away.
Update:
Still working away on the KW Research tool and Site Audit. Both are incredibly involved and complex, so its taking quite a while.

Chugging along on the Site Audit and Keyword Research tools. What would you guys like made after these? Or any improvements to existing tools. I'm making all of this stuff for you guys so tell me what you want and I'll get to work on it!

Loving the site audit! Nice a concise with a great overhead view, the only thing i can ask for now is maybe listing some top competitors for your biggest KWs.
Troubleshooting... i think i killed my rank tracker again... things haven't updated since jan 12.... maybe i imported too many KWs to a new project, and i couldn't wipe it =( i just sent this in as a ticket: 52e7eea2

I'm aware of the rank tracker issue that has recently arose. I've been working on a resolution for the last couple days but should have something live by the end of the week. Basically we have too many keywords being checked and the older ones that were added are no longer being hit because we can currently only do so much per day and the rank tracker is only hitting the most recent ones. We're working on a way to mass scale this so we do not have to worry about this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience but it will be fixed in a few days and automatically start grabbing all keywords again.
When you say you couldn't wipe it, do you mean you can't delete keywords properly? Let me know so I can get that resolved as well. Thanks for the input!

Yes, i'm trying to delete KWs from one of the domains but it wouldn't let me... i've listed them in my ticket... i'm looking to keep the history for the other domain... so please don't wipe everything
