Anyone that has been in the shopify/dropshipping game that can help?

I have a store that sells well, we market good and we was making good profit, but because of it being drop shipping we would get a 4 sales to 1 charge back ratio and stripe and shopify payments said bye bye, all the other providers you have to apply from what I've seen and enter alot of business information. The prices of the items were 299.99 so paypal is almost impossible as we make 3/4 sales a day and with refunds paypal also will very very likely just limit account.

Because they say item not delivered, or fraud when its not & Jewellery.

You need to switch provider then, probabily costumers not at fault
I have dont plenty sales and nobody said it did not receive it so check your supplier

I would negotiate with your vendor to provide delivery confirmation - especially for the cost of those items.
With proof of delivery....charge-backs are very hard for the consumer to win.

Keep your clients updated with the entire process.

Message them every 3 days if you have too, to make sure they don't think you have not forgotten about them.

They won't have any problems waiting if they know someone is on the other side making sure they receive their package.

A 4 to 1 chargeback ratio is very bad for business.

I did with stripe, these had the tracking id, we dropship with amazon, 2-3 days delivery with prime, but even with that and passing fraud tests a fair few CB and dont get why its so hard to prove if we have deliver proof.

Maybe the items are not coresponding? I assume you are dropshipping gold jewelry?
