Site was temporarily down for a few hrs the other day but it was back up shortly after.

I've made about 100 orders in the last 30 days, over 50% never started, support answers only some tickets with 3-7 days delay, with empty promises of delivering, still, nothing happens. Overall Worst panel I have tried.

If you actually check comments here, please cancel all pending orders and refund as I have reordered other places. Same username as here.

It's a shame really because I've been using content services for a couple of years and they are decent, while this panel destroyed the NatashaNixon reputation for me.
