Hello black hat citizens happy holidays and new year.

I am currently working on a social media marketing website ( selling followers/ likes etc) and i wanted to ask your advice for money management.

Here is my problem : i make nearly double of the amount i spend, means if somebody ordered 100$ service in my website, nearly 60$ is net profit.
The problem is i accept payment through diffrent ways , so the money i make is alway devided between paypal, perfect money, crypto, bank account ...

So how can i manage that? What is the best way / plan to get all my numbers down, know what am spending, what am keeping for ads , what am saving ... Etc

Will be happy if anyone will help with some tips / tools even programs or apps

Happy new year again !

Use apps for money management, like Spendee or something similar. Or even

I use moneylover app to track my personal expense and income. It's an amazing app which helps me to be in control of my money.

And you can perfectly use this app for your tracking your business's finance too!

You can download the app here, https://moneylover.me/

Thank you guys for the awsome advices. Am trying all what you said and find what works the best for me

I recommend Freshbooks. When I send out invoices, it tracks everything, and then reconcile the payment.
Very easy to make new invoices, and convert quotes to invoices.
You can use app version to enter expenses as they come in.
Has a basic version for free.

Dan Lok and Dan Pena are beasts too. My personal thoughts on success are;
  • Personal revelation and chastisement - decide that your someone who matters and parent yourself like that.
  • Know your strong points and leverage them. Know your weak points and delegate them.
  • Get around people that compliment or align with your strengths, find mentors, and do research before taking any action.
  • Confirm your ideas and opinions through market testing and customer interaction.
  • Now take action, reiterate, pivot if need be, stay flexible, and don't quit!
  • Once things succeed, scale and spread into other verticals .

  • Confirm your ideas and opinions through market testing and customer interaction.

This one is key and i've been missing it for a long time.
Sometimes the results you can get from market testing may never come to your mind and you have to always keep testing and tedting
Its like a tree with many branches but only one of them leads to the top.

You need to have come accountancy in your business so you can gain control on your expenses and your income. Also keep handy a chart of all paypal and other payment processors fees. And only do business if it is viable, otherwise you are just wasting your time.

Any regular excel spreadsheet would help, you don't need fancy software, all you need is organization.
