What do you mean by "legal"? It is definitely not against the law. However it is against Facebook's TOS.

I have made a Facebook FriendAdder. And I am testing it to use 10 accounts, each account add 100 friends per day. The result is no problem.

you sure adding 100 friend a day no problem? I saw somewhere someone recomended only add 40 to keep it below radar?
