I'm not talking about paid ads but about boosting your YT videos to rank for the YT + Cpa method & affording an automation tool, proxies & phone verifications services for the Instagarm + Cpa method.
You can do it without investment tho, but the results won't be that decent. (1 to 2$ a day is achievable without investing a penny)

You can't guarantee that! it depends on your targeting, on Instagram it's the follow/unfollow strategy, manually you can go straight for tier 1 people but with bots you are targeting almost all countries, unless you find a golden source.

You need to specialize in a traffic source.
It's wise to build a list on the fly so you got an asset.
Send your traffic to a squeeze page which you redirect to the offer. You could also put an exit pop up notification and redirect in for people who exit your page.
