How To Bypass Quora Partner Program Country Restriction

As per quora partner faq:

"From which countries can I participate in the Quora Partner Program?

You must live in an eligible country to participate; the program is active in the following countries: U.S., Japan, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, India and Brazil."

Has anyone managed to become a quora partner from a different country than the eligible ones? Do you have any suggestions how it could be done?

The program is invite only, you can't get an invite if you're not from those countries

Yes, I understand that, however I am wondering if someone managed to get an invite by say registering an account in quora and only accessing it through a proxy.
