Ad Breaks Payout Only In USD?

Does anyone know if FB only pays out in USD? I live in Holland and apparently I can't receive payments in USD unless I open a business account for foreign transactions. PayPal would also work but it seems there is no setting to add or change the payout options. This sucks major donkey balls as I just had a video go viral and made some good $$
