but at Google there are many scammers, they use to sell fake data or data which is already used so many times.

you can use scapebox or a service for a list .

the best way is get a opt-in list as cold emailing shit these days.

why not start a socail campain for opt - in emails.

use the misc plenty email providers .

No email list is fresh on any site, all fake promise of updating.
most of them only old and invalid,
you need to use list cleaning software if you purchased lists online
i bought list from emaildatabaselist dot net
their list little okay with 20% 30% invalid and other are good.
I used list cleaning software for 1 month to clean all, now it is getting good result in income for me
and i build own list with the help of their list.
