Hello folks I've been trying to get my dropship store of the ground and sales rolling in for a while now. However, I don't have much luck. I must admit I didn't spend much in advertising.

What's the best thing I could do?

Currently, I am trying bing ads.

OP you better remove your URL. Second focus on SEO maybe or you tried social media? Just don't give up.

Firstly what you need to do is to remove the domain from this post because you can get competition in your niche and it's not good to discover your domain.
Secondly, you need to have a look at your store from the clients perspective. If you were on your clients place, would you make the order from this website? Does it look safe enough? What could use improvement? After you've cleared those things, you need to get down on the marketing part, especially take the advantage of social media since they're literally free tools to use for marketing. I wish you best of luck.

luck has nothing to do with your store's failure. Only amateurs count on luck and most of them are doomed before even starting. Also upon looking at your store I saw it's in very saturated niches and also bing ads are tricky and you need money to spend to get proper data. Your store looks nice and all, IMO you missed the niche.

Dropshipping is awful. I stopped earlier this year. 3PL is the way to go, going forward in 2019.

What has been your strategy so far?

Social media accounts ?
Influencer marketing?
SEO?

Once you're hitting like 5 figures a month, you can get a broker/consultant who will find and negotiate a solid 3PL for you. And if you continue to grow, say 6 figures a month (rev), the broker will negotiate better rates for you. This is the same for mids/payment processing. Shopify/Stripe rates are ridiculously high.

What is your current volume? I may be able to make an introduction for you.

Hey bro! How much have you spend on ads?
Hello, i've not spend a ridiculous big amount on ads, as i don't have to spend very much. I am not trying PPC bing ads.
I've tried Google ads before, got some sales rolling in but then it started to cost more than it gave profit.

Also, tried FaceBook ads but didn't have much luck with that.

What has been your strategy so far?

Social media accounts ?
Influencer marketing?
SEO?

I have various social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & Twitter.) I've been mostly focussing on instagram.
However, most of my social media is automated by use of social rabbit.

I've tried a few influencers but didn't have much luck with them...

SEO - I don't focus on this too much as i don't know how to assign a keyword for every product i have.

Find people & offer them commission from each sale, their bring to you (Affiliate marketing, JV)
Your website can't be seen as Dropshipping site, if you know what i mean.

Make an instagram page for your dropshipping site and either bot it yourself with the child slave method or get someone like @proxified to do it for you. You would get heaps more visitors to your site for the money you spend compared to other methods such as facebook or google ads.

What does JV mean?

Looks, i'll be honest. It seems very much that you have made a site and don't very little, if any at all, marketing. It just isn't going to work. Unless you drive traffic to your site you will make zero sales. You're not the first person to do this though, more and more people are spending hundreds following gurus and making little return then giving up.

Using social media influencers can pay off, but you need to check their audience engagement, check that their audience isn't all bots. Make sure their related to your niche.

SEO should be your number one priority when building any website. It is what makes the foundation and back bone of your website, if you aren't targeting any keywords no one will ever come to your site. And if they do it probably wont be for what they are looking for!
