NO REPLY to my ticket for more than 3 days, and i wrote multiple times!
Services here say instant but that is not true, I'm sure it is not your fault, but why don't you test what you put on your panel before selling them to us? you know very well some services are not working but you still leave it there for people to buy.

True, same thing I told him. Most of the view packages there are affected, just not working fine. Some will delay over 3 days and their support is not quality.. not sure it's worth it anymore.

Support recently has been delayed due to christmas - a busy time of year. But all services are currently working. I am working through and resolving all tickets right now. IF you don't spam your ticket, you're more likely to get a faster reply - all tickets will get replied to though!
