Hello Friends,

Anxiety - when I hear this word I get panic.
Unknowingly I became a victim of Anxiety, Especially health anxiety I google every symptom and get worried with Google's search results.

I know there are so many people like me in this world.
I seriously want to know how can I get rid of this without any medication.

Are you a victim of Anxiety too? Have you found a way to get rid of it? What's your story?

Let's Talk!

I have the same thing about health issues. I'm not in bad health but i became very worried over the years and i'm still young..
I think best way to get red of it is to have other distractions/ things to take care off/ people to hang out with
it's mostly present when you are alone/ feeling lonely imo

cbd oil ,magnesium glycinate may help
Phenibut is very effective but you can take it only once a week to be free from side effect
Don't take anxylotics, they are very very bad in the long run

I used to suffer from hypochondria until I got exactly the disease I was scared of.
Honestly wasn't as bad as I thought and since then it hasn't happened again.
However, my old GP told me the best way to get rid of hypochondria is to read some after stories of people who faced the disease you're afraid of (since most of them live) and then look at statistics of how rare it is to happen. Stay away from Doctor Google, at all costs.

Also, keep in mind that dying isn't that easy. There are videos out there of people's head being cracked open where the ambulance guys have to hold it together while his tongue is twitching around but he (or rather they) still end up getting fixed at the hospital and live normally afterwards (but with scars, mind you).

Yes, its a bitch.

My wife suffered with it and I have for the last few years.

Strange, because for most of my life I lived in the gym 6 days a week. Out regular extremely sociable. Used to fight regularly.

Got married 5 almost 6 year ago now, two young children and my anxiety is terrible.

I was a hypochondriac for a while, bad. Managed to shake it off but it still lives in me when I feel a pain or twinge I think I'm going to die.

Defo stay of google, or you'll diagnose yourself with stage four cancer from stubbing your big toe.

I use CBD oil here and there and it does help.

I am trying to get out more like I used too, taking my kids out is helping.

Loosing my job and having to deal with a slipped disc didn't help, but life goes on and I don't intend to be how I was or still slightly am for much longer.

Hypnosis can help a lot with anxiety. I used to have panic attacks and now they're just gone. Almost forgot I had it until I read this here.

Are drugs really helpful for this? many people say it's useless
Medication is useless and will make you lazy as hell, sleep all day, loss in appetite and some other shitty side effects. And every new drug the doctor gives you you will have to try at least 2 weeks to see if it works for you or not and so on. It's a loop

But what i meant in my reply above is morphine and hash tbh, And yes they do help a lot. I won't write such a long reply or even contribute here if i wasn't high now.

I've had anxiety my whole life. I started smoking weed and I got rid of it,but it turned out that weed kept making me lazy so I bought dry herb vaporizer and that shit is dope. I can wake up easily in the morning because you inhale pure cbd and thc through vaporizer.

The only way i've found to deal with anxiety is just to confront whatever makes you anxious. There's nothing else that'll help. Everything other than directly confronting it just delays it, well for me that is.

Getting rid of anxiety is pretty simple, but it has to become a trained habit.

I wrote a long ass post about the psychology and neurology behind anxiety ahwile ago on Reddit. Want me to copy and paste it into this thread or link it?

Quit smoking, every day taking omega 3 vit d3 and b12 and before bed magnesium citrate powder and cbd oil helped me tremendous. Cheers

Regular exercise and run without headphones. You want that internal dialog and you can sort through a lot of issues in a 5 mile run.

Google search is really scary. If you even have a normal or flu, google will say its cancer or HIV.

For general anxiety, I would say take a good calcium supplement (not just calcium, get the one which is mixed with magnesium, k and other stuff). Vitamin B12 also helps.

i suffer with anxiety/aggression issues have done all my life,
i keep myself to myself i dont play well with others.
i take stuff to keep me on point, which helps.
but even on a good day - stay out my way .
we all have our flaws - just deal with them 1 day at a time.

Yes, please send its link. I would like to read it,

There's an amazing site and he sells his video for some 40 or 50$ but it's amazing I'm not sure I can list the site here but you'll find it on google. Ps medicine, drugs is not even needed just do his course and that's more than enough.

I've had it for some time now. Recently I have learned to live with it and know exactly what triggers it and if it has a reason behind it or not.
What I have found that helped me the most is having a clear purpose for doing things.
For example, I don't really like crowded places or people, but I am a salesperson. So when I am in a sales meeting with 9 people across the table, when I have a clear purpose it is very easy communicating with them or even going there (closing the sale is the purpose). For my colleagues and clients it seems I am a clear extrovert without any issues from jumping into high pressure meetings etc.

When I go out just to hang out without a clear purpose, I am anxious and don't really enjoy myself, so I make up a lot of excuses to avoid it.

Without a clear purpose, I am more in the "defensive" mode and passive. With a clear purpose, I am in the "offensive" mode and very proactive.
Having goals in general really helps with starting off the day. But what helps most is having a purpose or reason on doing something or going some place out of home. It can be as little as having small challenges for yourself to do things to keep your mind on the end result rather than "what if this happens or what if that happens or what if the moon falls down".

This video really captures the essence on what I am trying to say:

Hope that helps!
