How to index expired domain backlinks ?

It's been two months I built a website using expired domain and added to webmasters. still their links are not visible on webmasters

No it is not deindexed. .. I make the website live and it is ranking on google searching engine

I remember reading somewhere that WMT doesn't show every link that they are aware of....just some/most of them.
