After spending 3 days on searching niche site idea. I'm getting lost. There's some niches that people recommended But I think I will quit because I have no interests in those niches (I'm gonna writing my own content). The only think I can write without getting bored is playing guitar But Guitar niche is super competitive. I checked in Google and this niche is dominated by big boys like musicradar, guiarfella. (even with 6 words keywords).
My questions are:
Is there any chance for me in guitar niche? How can I check whether it's possible or not?
If Yes, How can I can narrow down the guitar niche?
If anyone can do keyword search and give me advice on this niche I can pay you.
Thanks.

Ofcourse , there will definitely be room for you. You only need to research on low competition keywords and that would pave way to you getting started on what you like....

There's no way those guys dominate all results in guitar niche. If so, then they just don't face any competition. Use classic strategy -- start with low competition keywords and gradually increase it fighting your way to the top-3.

You better choose a a niche based on earning potential and competition, trust me interest thing sometimes don't work..

Yeah I think you should go for it, there really is no way they are targeting all the keywords in the niche. And if you don't plan on outsourcing the content you absolutely need to choose a niche you can stick with

Do some reverse engeneering on competitor's sites and find out which keywords they target, this is the fastest and best way to find kw ideas.
Don't stop to general keywords about guitars which might be super competitive but focus on smaller topics instead; you might create a niche site about a particular equipment for guitars or about items that might be related.
Start small, focus on one topic at a time, create all the possible combination of informative articles about that topic and then move on another one. This is how your site gain trust by google and therefore will be able to rank for harder kw.

That's 100% true, but looks like OP wants to create content on his own and it quite difficult to write about spark plugs when you know nothing about cars (as an example). Still, if you want to start an affiliate website, you have to deeply examine the niche. Unfortunately, things you like are not always easy to sell.
