i have only seen celebrities and big brands ever .
i was told it around 5k to 10k to get such accounts .
even then there hard to get very high demand .
the blue tick gives loads of privaliges to a normal account .

unlimited posting .
unlimited pm others .
adverts and links not ban at all.
posting in groups or comments unlimited 24/7
as you can see for advertisers it a gold mine to have.

yes facebook personal accounts.
I have seen several personal accounts that are not big get verified not sure how though, I tried submitting an id but got denied
I see several normal people with personal verified accounts so not sure how they are doing it.
