Yes guys, some PLEB decided to hack one of my customers site only to redirect it to thier shitty adsense site. How can one reverse this, im lazy any software that can clean out the core files for me. Ive just dove into the server, and checking PHP is not what i wana do on a saturday.

PS yes ive did the old google search, spoke to host, just asking you guys incase you know a better way to tackle this. I cant login to the site obviously so customer is pulling their hair out lol.

HELP

How big is the site? Is the customer using a hacked theme?

One page site so far really, but will be expanding eventually. No hacked theme, but no premium theme either. Site built with elementor..

That happened to one of my sites - it redirected to a viagra store! The hosting company were useless so I just deleted the site and re-did it. Luckily it was only a few pages.

I had a site hacked recently, hosting said it was through the theme ( laughable ) not their hosting. @Th3 Technician came to my assistance.

Im am considering doing this..

Use a scanner find the infected files delete, try WordFence first

Try installing core files over the installation, be careful, if you don't know how to access the server via ftp then it is probably too complicated for you, although there are plenty of tutorials on how to repair wordpress online.
Will give this a try now, thanks @Asif WILSON Khan

I can assist you with the removal ping me on Skype.

Most likely this will be infected in 2 things, One is wp-blog-header.php file (check it, thats the first file hackers always target in wordpress), And the second is your theme files. Check them by sorting last modified files.
