I just simply post with delay and randomize the content each post

I had the same problem recently, try to know from support team at FB why this happend to you.

Be careful about shortlinks. You need to make sure when using them, that you are still able to track their performance...

DO NOT use a short link unless you can track performance. Also don't use google shortlink.
