Never build a business around a trademark. More specifically, if you're looking at monetizing with said trademark's owner.

Amazon prohibits this specifically in their TOS too.

Simple answer is yes, as @BlogPro said. You'll waste time and money, I know because I got into a lot of trouble using the word Olympic , believe me it's costly and stressful and all your work will be for nothing
