Most of the times it doesn't seem to be a direct provider problem but more a usage problem. If you find one with virgin IPv6 (never used for instagram) go and try them - some work for you wich will not work for me. To many variables
Currently testing on socialproxies - they have a thread and discount here in the market section!

Where are you getting ipv4 proxies for $0.25/ea?You call 0.25$ per proxy, expensive ?
Very cheap. Can you share it?You call 0.25$ per proxy, expensive ?
I was looking at socialproxies and they seemed pretty legit for fan paging. You're based in Germany, right? I was reading through your journey thread. I wish you continued luck and success!
Always depending on what you want to do - if you are going for a ton of child accounts go with Ipv6. If we are talking about 50 accounts which need to post I'd suggest going with mobile proxies or IPv4 ones.I found Ipv4 better for IG
Sure, happy to help! Thanks for sharing!

How many accounts ? Do you use automation tools? From my experience you just need a residential/mobile IP in a specific city. Change the user-agent to mobile as this is most commonly used on IG and make sure you find a provider that gives you static IPs (DC) or ensures no one is using that IP for the same domain (Residential). Managing accounts this way and I haven't had an issue. I do find DC is less reliable but it is cheaper so it's all relative.
Changing the user agent that way could of have worked in 2006, if you do this today you'll be detected in a split second, doesn't mean you'll be banned, but it'll put your account under the eyes of the algorithm. Using a bot or software like multilogin would be auch wiser choice. From my experience you just need a residential/mobile IP in a specific city.
