Instagram deleted..need help

On the appeal, there was no requirement asking me to type in my reasoning. So I simply sent a photo of myself holding a sign (name, username, etc.) and sen it.
At first, when I tried to log in, I'm pretty sure it said "temporary block", when I clicked to learn more, it gave me an opinion to appeal.
but now, when I try to log in, it says "Error Your account has been disabled for violating our terms. Learn how you may be able to restore your account."
When I press Learn More, it says "Your account has been deleted for not following our terms. You won't be able to log into this account and no one else will be able to see it. We're unable to restore accounts that are deleted for these types of violations." and doesn't give me that option to appeal...
Right now is Wednesday morning and I got banned Monday night, so two days ago... maybe I have a chance? I don't know....
ALSO, I got banned for follow unfollowing too much. I got to 2000 followers in 3 weeks and followed about 16k people within that time... I didn't know the rule of being banned like this... I see people getting temporarily blocked but I didn't even get a warning... I didn't use bots or anything. Though I used/stole some other photographers' photos at times maybe thats another possible reason.... I'm really trying hard to get this back since its a special username...
