Decided to terminate this service less than a day after paying for this. The issue that I have is the internet speed of the VPS. I cannot even load website using chrome browser as the speed was way too slow. Despite raising a support ticket on this and assured by the support that the internet speed will be gradually improved, I am still unable to use the VPS and browse the internet normally. I did not ask for a refund so I have no secret agenda here to blacklist seller, I am just treating this as a case of bad luck and poor research before buying. Hopefully I won't be rebill again, if I get rebill next month, seller can be certain that I will be persuing a refund.

If you ordered your server configured with the 1Gbps option, you will need to open a support ticket to get the network port upgraded. By default, all Hybrid Servers are provisioned with 100Mbps Unmetered.

If you opt for 30TB with 1Gbps instead of the 100Mbps unmetered bandwidth option, there is no extra charge, however - you must open a support ticket after your order for us to make the network changes to your server. It will also require a quick reboot of your server for the 1Gbps port upgrade to take effect.

I have already requested for termination of the VPS nontheless as the internet is still not functioning properly on the VPS despite support fixing it. I am open to getting back the VPS if you can get the system to work properly.

Upon further investigation on this issue, we have identified this issue to be a fiber optic that needed to be replaced on the router in the datacenter. Once we identified the issue, we immediately did so, and was able to solve the problem.

To confirm, we ran a quick speed test on both a Windows and Linux Server, and was able to verify fast network speeds are available again:

I am quite happy with how this turn out. Not a lot of service providers on BHW accepts responsibility that their service has issue. To admit fault in public on this forum, I have to give due respect to Alpharack. Good job. I am willing to return as a customer and hopefully this issue is resolved permanently.

Quick update, I was given a replacement VPS. The performance of this new VPS is amazing. I think the OP has given me much more than what I have paid for. The speed of the system is fast, internet downloading speed is exception. I think you won me back as a customer from now on so long as I dont face any further issue on performance in future.

I will purchase more services (Master reseller hosting,etc) from OP shortly and post more review.
