Okay, so dumbass non-SEO noob here (not yet anyway), but trying to learn (maybe SEO also), but what would a practical application for something like this be?

Allowing someone to post "duplicate content" - while not being considered duplicate?

Meaning instead of spinning an article and getting shit... An article could be re-written (process possibly automated) using non-standard characters and still remain entirely readable while being "new" & "original"?
