I want to verify paypal and I have 2 solutions.
1. dingtone
2. google voice

i do not want to install app in my mobile for dingtone. i need a virtual number which i can access in browser
and google voice close account anytime and not reliable.

anyone knows anything apart from those 2?

I don't think they will work. Virtual numbers have some specific prefixes and I might be surprised if PayPal didn't banned those prefixes.

Use google voice, if you create fakenamegenerator details paypal then try use same location google voice number and same details on paypal, also you every time easily reverification with google voice easily.
