What setting should I use on jarvee as a beginner?

I've got a 40k soccer account and just got jarvee.

I dont know whhat settings to use. I've already warmed up my accounts with othher bots (i've got 4months on ig).

Idk what setting i should use.

Currently im using these settings:

But I dont know if i should like have all auto like,auto follow,auto unfollow, auto like comment all turned on at the same time or not
