Basically what I’ve heard is that legal action is rare but it isn’t possible to get your channel back and false claims can cause account to be taken down

I think my best bet is just trying to recover my old channel or build another. Not worth getting even

Dude learn how to use multi quote or edit your posts, you could have turned all of these into one post and this is seen as post count inflation.

well from my own past experience (happened to me) someone filed a false copyright notice on me. Its simple:

You file a copyright notice. He will strike back ( if he has the right), then youtube gives you 30 day to response with proof and if you fail withing that time then the video is restored and you're screwed .

Thats all.
