I don't like people who use shitty tricks against their competitors. Quite simple. I think you will find most people don't.
Well then you wouldn’t like my competitor. You can’t blame someone for wanting to know what could happen if they do it back to them. It may be petty, but they did it first

Yes of course they did. However you only decided this when you got a negative responses. Maybe you can tell us all how you know that the competitor that you want to target is the person that supposedly "ruined your channel". You see it would be pretty much impossible to point the blame at one individual. I think we both know that you are simply trying to ruin his channel because you can't do better than him.

Basically what I’ve heard is that legal action is rare but it isn’t possible to get your channel back and false claims can cause account to be taken down

I think my best bet is just trying to recover my old channel or build another. Not worth getting even
