That is definately xrumer, use scrapebox to scrape the forum dry of other users links

Yeah those are definitely spam links. Now i think, Xrumer is the only tool to create those links.

Yes you can find some services at seoclerk for those spam links
But think twice before you begin with those links, they are pure spam if you ask me....

EDIT: But, those are sure spammy links that will do more bad than good.
