To make a long story short this happen 3 months ago

I was in Tijuana, Mexico close to united states border.

Got hit by armor truck, while walking, injured wrist and had huge ass knot on my knee but no major injuries. Cannot collect money just paid doctor bills

My boss was acting like a bitch, did not want me go to doctors appointments and would not let me take off, even though i was so much pain. I had to wait for 6 days before i got a day off.

I remember we got into a verbal fight in front the whole company, because he did not want me to go to my doctors appointment a day later

I am not the only one who has this problem, it happen to others. 30 people quit in 6 months. People that has been there over 10 years


Any how, he completely broke his wrist and crash his Mercedes, 2 days ago

Thing is we get paid really well and have excellent benefits, but we get treated like shit.

The more to story is the 2nd and 3rd manager wanted give me time off, I have the over 250 hours of vacation, but just the director is a little bitch did not want give me time off for i can heal my injuries. Now look at what happens 3 months later.

I injured my wrist, he completely broken his. He got his Mercedes destroyed

That is abuse, I would suggest you check the local laws or talk to a lawyer, in most parts of the world you would be eligible for some compensation if their action made your injury worse or they forced to stay while you were in pain.

Nah i am better, i was only in pain like a week. This happen 3 months ago.

I was walking at the light when the armor truck made left hand turned and hit me. I but my hand up when he hit me.

I told him to get out if the car and banged on the door. Maybe that is how I hurt my hand, but I am right handed and happen to my left.

I try sue but only thing they are required are for medical.

If I would died or something then I can sue.

I had no major injuries just bruised bone and my shin bone had a big knot

There is no doubt that it is. Mothernature has a way of getting even with everyone. People need to realize that the bad times will pass eventually. The armor truck made left hand turned. We both had the light. he pause for a second, then made the turn. I got to the middle of the road
