You still don't seem to get it. It doesn't change a thing if i try it or not, millions of people are posting from IPv4 ips daily, are those getting post blocked? Nope. Something is off with your IPv4 proxies, like it or not. It's a user error, not a site-wide issue, otherwise people freaking out would be all over the internet by now, which is not the case. Try residential proxy providers, IPv4 or IPv6, don't matter. What matters is ip health, whether a range is blacklisted by Instagram or not.

The issue is nearly always:

proxies
account

If your proxies are blacklisted you will have issue, but changing may help.
If your account is blacklisted, then you might just be on a temp ban, so wait it out.

IF possible, you may be able to get around it by changing device ids in your app, loading the account into your phone or website and using it there for a few days (do not use in bot). Then go back to the bot, perhaps your normal use has set some flags that were triggered by your normal user usage patterns

I think the problem in your proxies everything works fine for me I using over 500 f/u a day even without a single time PV. So try new proxies provider use high quality.

Ipv4 is not the issue as almost every user uses them and I guess you are one of them too. It is true that they are starting to change something with non-human like behavior. Check your settings and be sure that the proxies are not shared.
