I create a new PayPal account and verify it with Gvoice also added VCC, VBA. But when I am trying to send payments it asks for phone verification. But it's don't send the code to my Gvoice when I request for the code it says "we can't verify it's you." I also can't add a new number because it requires a phone number which is register with my PayPal name. I am not from the US. So I don't have the real registered number. Is there any way to bypass this verification?

Yes , try to search the marketplace for real sim numbers providers , I think there is one who will do that for you for like 2$ or less.

Phone company never share their name with any private company. their are no way paypal know phone registered person name.

try to delete previous phone then try again adding new phone. if you still can't then try again after 48-72 hours later.

PayPal doesn't work with google voice. They block a lot of the numbers I believe.

you need be sure about your IP address and your browser. PayPal system is very sensibility. You can call PayPal, but they can not do something if system check "we can't verify it's you" You can try using different phone, they can remove older from system and add one new. Yes. But here is not only IP, that is complicated.

This happends to me a lot because I usually use a vpn. Even after I put in a number it will still give me this message and will not let me send money. Have never found instant solution in 2 years. The problem is fixed by just waiting a few days without logging in to the account or touching it at all. Best to avoid getting it by not logging in from different locations or sending a high volume of payments.

Try to leave the account for few days and then send some small amount, I did it a few times before and was able to bypass phone verification.

Better wait for the security to be cleared and once it is you can go ahead and use your paypal.

Being active too much on paypal all of a sudden or using it too much just in the start may cause the issue.
