However, the OP cotacted me and they are willing to sort out the issue, while I also saw I might have over reacted so I want to fix that.

Were you asked by the BST owner to get the review deleted? Would he/she not fix the issues if you did not ask for the review to be deleted?

Is there a reason why you cannot leave the original review and then post a follow up about the service received to fix the issues?

I don't think BST owners should be allowed to contact members who posted reviews, asking for them to be removed in exchange for fixing the issues.

Well actually because my response was a bit of an over reaction.
And the BST poster wasn't aware of the issue, as per their claim, which was more of a mistake on the workers side.
But they had it sorted it out, and though I do want to make a mention of the issue, but I don;t want to exaggerate it the way it is in that post, to scare people away from their service.

As otherwise, I have a good eperience with their service and still want to continue.

Point taken.

I know that some sellers contact people that leave negative reviews, asking for them to remove the reviews in exchange for fixing the issues. This practice shouldn't be allowed.

Yes and no, quite often buyers jump into a BST to moan without contacting them first which is a little unfair in my opinion. However saying we’ll only fix if you remove the review. No

I did that but nothing has happened since yesterday?
Does it take long usually?

Looking down the reporting list, the report was rejected by a staff member.

As mentioned above, we see a few times where the sellers either pressures a buyer or bribes a buyer to remove negative sounding feedback.

I've answered this, so am closing this thread. Thanks.
