Changing proxy on instagram

Hi, i have big problem. I have to change one proxy on my big account, but i dont have access to phone number that has attached to this account. I dont have access to old proxy too, cos its stops working and they forced me to change it. When i tryet change it proxy on my other account, they always ask for phone veryfication. Can you help how to do without phone number, or something that will save my account while proxy changing ?

No you cannot.

Sometimes ISG give you the option to add a phone number. Otherwise they *insist* you verify to the phone associated with the account

Get a new prepaid simcard and remove old number in instagram and put new number.
DO NOT use smspva or getsmscode for your big account the number doesn't stay forever after that just change proxy won't have any problems if i'm right.

How to disable veryfie by sms ? I have veryfied this account with new proxy and new sms number. I am thinking of buying sim card. But now i dont know what hapend if i swap in gmt2.

Nothing to do with gmt2. Just remove the phone number out of your profile. Get a new one (preferable with a SIM card like everybody before said) & just import it into gmt2. Easy as that

This is our biggest problem now. If you dont keep your numbers, IG sometime ask you to verify it and you cant change it anyway. Your best bet is to contact support

Clear the number of quality accounts always after Pv in the profile settings! That way you get around asking for a specific number

normally it ask's for email verification when you delete the phone number
