Hello guys,recently i unbanned my account with 10k subs,it was partner before banned,and now my account is in good standing no strikes etc,but i cant upload,my uploading feature is disabled,i tryed to contact youtube on twitter and email but reached no help, did anyone had some situation like this? thanks in advance

I haven't dealt with this kind of situation personally so not entirely sure how you should proceed.
Maybe check your email again and read through any communcations carefully, they may have included something about upload restrictions on the account.
If you only just got the account unbanned there might be a delay associated with restoring the upload feature for whatever reason. It's possible that the upload problem is related to the strikes you previously had as well.
On that note, when did you get your last strike and when was it removed? And how long ago did the account get unbanned?
my account was banned about one year ago,funny thing is monetization is working fine
