It depends, if it doesn't convert at all, they will cut you off, although if it converts to an extent, but not too good, that's when the advertiser "adjusts"=lower the EPC, not the network though. Shit happens sometimes, if it's like that for a while, move on. Try different offers from other advertisers within the same CPA network or from different networks. Make sure that it's a different advertiser though, because once you get adjusted, usually it affects all the offers from the same advertiser.

I work with a lot of adult networks and some of the managers literally admitted that if the traffic is lower quality but still converting at times, they will start paying you less.

I don't know if that's the case with Crak because I don't work with them but it's still a possibility.

Most of the times what happen with the CPA when your traffic is not that good is thta they change it to revenue share and that is why you see a sudden drop in your earnings, because they realised you were sending leads that are not becoming sales then they just put you on a revenue share deal so you realize your leads are not converting and then focus on the total revenue, ask your account manager about it.

Why would you promote live cams on such site at all? It's a whole different niche.

Otherwise $32 in earnings after 74 regs is quite normal, could be less, could be more, but it's all right. With such low amount of regs, it's mostly just luck.

I can consider myself lucky enough if I'll earn $100 in a year in order to pay my hosting and domain renewal. A utopia, I know.
And, I forgot to say that, when I'll achieve the minimum payout (maybe in 4/5 years) I am 100% sure they will banned my account and they don't pay me.
I say this cause my older network (exoclick) banned me after I achieve the minimum payout ($20, in 6 months).

It happens sometimes. I don't drive traffic to it since a long time, so i don't always notice it lately. I think the tracking is back to normal now though.
